Portland Audi, BMW and Volkswagen Repair

Had a problem with my 4 wheel drive not working in my BMW X3 and the snow had already hit my place with 9inches . Had always took my car to the dealer but they were 2 weeks booked. Called and explained what was going on and Niles got me right in and explained everything in complete detail and with technical aspects as well.. The way Niles and his staff at the counter treated me was like nothing I've experienced before at a shop and honestly other shops should take many pages out of there book in the way they conduct business.. My car was a mess. I was extremely anxious about the Diagnosis. Niles and the team thoroughly explained all the issues and worked hard to do the repairs as quickly as possible. Any BMW owner realizes maintenance is costly but necessary. Niles advocated to my warranty company which was greatly appreciated. My baby is back home all fixed and returned sparkling clean... great place, great staff. Thanks Niles.. I’ll be back for brakes in the spring.

I was going to Dick Hannah and had gotten really frustrated with the rudeness in the service department, and time delay. I then went here twice. Once for a full diagnostic, and a repair. The other was for my key fob that I had fixed at Dick Hannah and it stopped working. Both times they did an excellent job. Found out it was just the battery on both my key fobs and PMW replaced it for free, the 400 I paid to Dick Hannah as a total waste of money. Niles and his family run this place and I really trust them with my car. I never met them before , did a search and had a good feeling about them. They only do german automobiles here, but they are very knowledgeable. Their pricing is very high, so I can only come some of the time. Free coffee, pretzels and sometimes cookies. ;) Give them a try, they are better than the dealership.

PMW is unbeatable in every single way, they have my business for life! Amazing customer service, seriously trustworthy repair service and the most pleasant and fulfilling experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop! Always straightforward about the issues and never any pressure, we are sincerely lucky to have found Niles, Mandy, Emily, Romen, Logan, Andrew and the crew!!
