I've been going to PMW for a few years for my M1. They are definitely more reasonable than Kuni and Portland BMW services. Service and communication is very friendly and professional, and certainly timely. I highly recommend PMW for owners after your coverage through dealership ends.

I would highly recommend them. Our rear brake pad warning light was on. We took our BMW to the dealership for an oil change and during the inspection, they told us we have low pads and the brake sensor was broken. Dealership wanted $950 for pads and $278 for the sensor. I called PMW and got a quote that was less than dealership. I scheduled an appointment this week and they took care of us. They inspected the rear brakes and actually found we had more life than the dealership said. They also found the brake sensor was cut in half and not just broke. I decided to have them do the brake replacement. They replaced the rear rotors/brakes and sensors, all for less than the dealership wanted just for the pad change. Their customer service was outstanding. They have made a customer for as long as we own a BMW. Will refer other BMW owners to them.

Portland Motor Works customer service is the epitome of the auto industry. Top-notch from the owner to the mechanics to the front desk. I learned more about our 2011 BMW X3 in a 30-minute conversation with Niles than our previous 12 years of ownership. We’d also like to extend a special thanks to Mandy for her professional and courteous service. The entire PMW Team is simply superb. We won’t be taking our X3 anywhere but PMW from here on out.

The staff went above and beyond for me. I had a horrible experience before coming here and they made me feel comfortable and at ease. I knew my car was in good hands. They now have a customer for life.

Mandy and Niles were most welcoming to my breakdown while traveling through Portland. They did a diagnostics overview to my transmission, unfortunately the damage present to the 2003 197k miles 525i wagon was beyond the value of correction. Niles inquired with my BMW mechanic back in Denver to confirm the love loss of the wagon. The PMW team was supportive, helpful and comforting with end-of-life to a 13yr good run of many miles, road trips and 3 high schoolers.
