5 years ago I said screw it and bought a BMW. It had been dream to own one and I always told myself this would be a one time thing. But working with this shop has made me reconsider. My next car will almost certainly be a BMW so that I can continue to have my service done here. Above and beyond, very friendly and the level of flexibility they provide is something you cannot find at a dealership.

I HIGHLY recommend Portland Motor Works Inc to everyone!! The entire staff are great people, and they took great care of my Beamer & were very professional and sincere!!! Even said i am now part of their Portland Motor Works Family, and sure feel like part of the family now!!! This was my first time visiting the shop. Right from the very first phone call I made into the shop scheduling repairs, to me picking up my "like new", all fixed, Beamer ( that. BTW, was much CLEANER AND LIKE NEW when I picked it up) I was super impressed with this shop and the work they perform!!!! Getting back into my car I felt like I was in a new car! My car was filthy on the inside when I dropped it off to them, and it was spotless when I picked it up from them! Just detailing the interior was a huge job, I know! And they did it, just becuase! My car is running better than it ever has! They kept in close contact with me throughout the repair process, were 100% honest, they were NOT pushy at all, they CARE about thier customers, and ARE EXPERT MECHANICS!!! The office lady's are just sweethearts,and eased all my stress and worry I had before calling them, about getting my Beamer repaired. Portland Motor Works, Thank You so much! Niles, Mandy and Emily at Portland Motor works are amazing people and they take care of your every need. They take care of you like your family. We have been bringing our Audi to them for the last 4 years and any issues I have had is taken care of and they don’t try and sell you stuff that you don’t need. All work is done professionally and their technicians are great guys. They come out to talk to you about the issues and they let you know what they had done to fix the problem. I have taken my Audi to other shops and nothing compares to how you are treated at Portland Motor Works. Thanks again for taking care of us. Mike

I was very happy with my experience at Portland General Motors. They were So friendly and professional. They were able to change my appointment day at the last minute for me and they were very communicative throughout every aspect of it. They did great work and even answered lots of random questions I had about my Audi after the services were complete. Would definitely recommend to anyone driving Audi or BMW

We have been bringing our X5 to Niles for a few years now. This time it was for an oil change amd tire rotation. They were ready for our appointment and are always pleasant to talk with. If you have a BMW this is the place to go.
