I've been coming to PMW for several years and I've found Niles, the owner, to be one of the most knowledgeable folks for all things BMW I've ever known. I've owned my 530i for 20 years and since I was recommended PNW by a friend they have given me the most straightforward, honest service for things as small as advice on how to unlock my trunk when the battery has died to significant repairs when needed. They are the tops! 5-stars+

Excellent service and friendly staff. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them for my BMW. PMW has been my go to service provider for my BMW for ten years. They do great work and give me very clear descriptions of problems and suggested repairs.

First time using PMW for mechanical work on my 2001 Z3 Coupe, after deciding I'd get better service and quality at PMW than provided at the dealership. So happy I made the change. The staff is incredible, and as promised by the owner, I feel my car received much better service at PMW than at the dealership. The bottom line, I trust PMW to do a great job at a fair price.

Portland Motor Works performed a PPI on a BMW I was interested in purchasing. They went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and alerted me to several issues that ultimately steered me away from the purchase. I appreciate their expertise and would highly recommend their PPI service.

By the book jobs are done right with original parts and owner and staff are all certified BMW specialist. They will work with you on a plan for affordability. I was surprised on how they document everything with pictures and full digital reports on services and your car that you can view online. You get the full service the office ladies will even communicate with you through messages via text. All my cars have progressively gotten better and more reliable. I have only been going to them for a year or less but im very pleased with what they do and the level they do it on.

Bought my first BMW and my uncle recommended this shop to me and decided to get an inspection. Never experienced such professionalism in a car shop before! Wonderful people and they took great care of my car and never cut corners even with something simple such as an inspection and wheel alignment. They even washed and vacuumed my car for free! If you live in the Portland area I see no reason to go somewhere else for repairs.
