Portland Audi, BMW and Volkswagen Repair

I visited PMW for the first time today based on the reviews from Yelp and I couldn’t be happier I found them. I had gone to my BMW dealer for some routine maintenance, fluid and filter changes and asked them to give me a quote to fix my drivers side headlight washer since it wasn’t working. I was quoted 850.00 to somewhere in the neighborhood of 2500.00 if they had to replace the whole bumper. So I said never mind. I found PMW on Yelp and made an appointment and took it in and within about an hour and a half I was told it was only a broken spring and would be about 85.00 with parts and labor. So this tells me that the dealer didn’t even look at it. I’m not going to say the the dealer was being unethical because they have always done right by me in the past but they did waste my time. The good news is it was all for the best since I was introduced to some of the nicest , most competent, knowledgeable people in the business. I will be a repeat customer from now on and feel confident that I can leave my much loved car with them. Thanks again ! Sincerely, David B.

Niles explains everything he is doing, shows you the parts he has replaced and checks with you the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Niles and the team have always treated me and my '98 323is with integrity. I appreciate that he doesn't try to "up-sell" or "talk down", but just explains what's going on with the car, what options are available, and tries to keep it all affordable. Excellent work.

Niles is great! He's personable and available and knows his stuff. When I had a problem getting through DEQ he helped me do it for hundreds less than I expected to pay. Friendly and honest company!

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality! Cost is par for course (owning a BMW just isn't cheap), but with exceptional service. I've yet to find that unicorn of a BMW repair shop that is cheap and good; until I do I'll be coming back here as long as I own one. Been coming here for 2.5 years with 2 different cars. These guys are just the best - professional, accommodating, and nice to boot. Mandy and Niles will treat you right! Seriously - I never leave reviews but they're worth it.

Maddie was great, I really appreciated her for getting me in right away and repaired my problem within the hour, thanks to the mechanics as well , considering I just dropped in with no appointment, Thanks guys
