This is by far the best car repair experience I've ever had. Miles and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly do a lot of research to understand common issues with Audis and BMWs along with the most effective and proven approaches to resolving them. They take the time to clearly explaining their findings and laying out all the options. I wish I had started taking my car here years ago.

Today an oil change and brake flush for our 2016, 528i xDrive with 70k miles. Always a good experience with the knowledgeable people at PMW! I had a great discussion with Mandy today about the importance of scheduled maintenance and what they see when vehicle owners try to cut corners missing required maintenance.
