I have been a customer of Portland Motor Works since they opened and I can say they are amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by a welcoming, smiling staff. Nils, the owner, runs a professional and honest business. Highly recommend.

Nile and Abby and crew do great job of making me feel welcome, explaining mechanical/technical issues with my vehicle, and best of all, fixing it. I’ve never left their shop without feeling like I’ve learned something, and I’ve never had to return to the shop because something wasn’t fixed right. They are very good at what they do.

Couldnt be happier with the level of service provided by the Portland team. Miss Abby handles all the admin and is always super professional and knowledgeable about cars. They keep track of all the things I need to take care of and are supportive of pushing things that can wait until my budget allows. This care makes me a customer for life!

Had a great experience here getting an oil change. Niles (the owner) was wonderful to work with and shockingly got me in within an hour. The stars just aligned! My oil change came with several inspections, none of which Valvoline do. Albeit a slightly higher price, I really appreciated the look at my 10 year old VW. Highly recommend especially if you have a German car you really care about.

This was my first time going to PMW to get my car diagnosed and fixed, I was absolutely blown away with the level of professionalism kindness they have, Abby was great to work with, not only did they get my car fixed in one day. when I called to make the appointment they were able to quickly get me in the next day, I will definitely be coming back for my car matters, thank you everyone, you are doing an awesome job!

Miles is so kind and genuine, it sucked to find out both my axles had failed, but he laid out the plan for me and gave me an estimate to think on. I ended up going with PMW, their communication is timely, and they're very personable. Highly recommend as an anxious person myself haha, they made me feel very comfortable.

Great experience with Niles and everyone i spoke to. I had a cracked evaporator and Niles was able to work around my schedule to get it repaired quickly. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and answered all the questions I had. I will gladly bring my audi back to his shop with any service I need in the future.

Took my 2008 bmw x5 in for just a diagnostics but the team here were absolutely phenomenal hands down so very informational and the customer service is unmatched!!! They were able to pin point my problem so I could fix it and now she’s running amazing!!! I will definitely be going back when needed!!! Thank you to you all!!
