After taking our VW to several other shops in town oh to be told nothing could be done because they can’t even get parts, PMW was able to diagnose and source parts for the solution. The heartfelt, Thorough diagnostic cake with a detailed report with photos. The office manager and technician were so incredibly kind and took ample time to explain and show us everything they found and their comprehensive plan to resolve the issues. If you have a European car, PMW is the place to go!

That's what we do! Being able to provide our clients the "whole picture" so you can make even the smallest decision knowing the whole picture of what you're spending your hard earned money on is so important. Central Oregon doesn't always have the best accessibility when it comes to parts, but that will not stop us from serving our clients!

Niles and the entire staff at Portland Motor Works go above and beyond to take care of their customers! Friendliest crew and trust worthy mechanics that stand behind their work. Recently my car had an issue and once I arrived it was not drivable. Nikes took the time to give me a ride to grab a rental car and be on my way quickly. 10/10 recommend for all your car needs.
