Niles and the entire staff at Portland Motor Works go above and beyond to take care of their customers! Friendliest crew and trust worthy mechanics that stand behind their work. Recently my car had an issue and once I arrived it was not drivable. Nikes took the time to give me a ride to grab a rental car and be on my way quickly. 10/10 recommend for all your car needs.

Great experience with this shop, solid communication and expertise with BMW vehicles. I had an issue with my M3 at another local shop, I moved my vehicle to Portland Motor Works and due to the shops extensive knowledge and specialized tooling my car was fixed within days. They had the experience and confidence in fixing the issue rather than replacing everything unnecessarily which saved me significant money. I will be using this shop going forward, 10/10 recommend.
