These guys got the parts and finished the job before the dealer could even get me scheduled. All the time, they made sure I had a loaner car while working out how to get parts delivered. I'm impressed.

Fantastic service, reasonable price, and wonderful people! I was so happy to find PMW in Redmond. From the very first call in scheduling my service, Niles and Emily went out of their way be helpful and communicative about what my VW Sportwagen needed. Niles was so knowledgeable about VWs - everything from potential issues to possible fixes. Ended up with an oil change and a replaced fuel filter. Couldn't be happier with the overall service. Definitely will return.

PMW was a great find for me. Niles and Emily are great people that are very interested in helping you solve your problem. My 23 year old Audi was kicking my butt with an electrical problem and Niles was able to point right to the problem and then perform the programming needed to get my car running great again. Niles is extremally knowledgeable and professional. This is a resource Redmond has needed for a long time.

Fantastic family run shop, Extremely friendly people. Niles the shop owner, was honest and upfront about everything regarding the repairs. If you have a german car, but especially a BMW, I cannot stress how great this shop is.

Niles and his crew have provided me with excellent service over the past few years. The staff at the front desk are some of the kindest folks you’ll ever chat with, and I never feel rushed into a decision when it comes to repair. Although they may not be the cheapest option in town, when it comes to fixing my BMW, I’ve never been one to compromise quality service over saving a few bucks. You can count on professional work with integrity and clear communication when it comes to Portland Motor Works Inc. I don’t hope to see you all soon (LOL), but I know when I do I’m in good hands.
