Had multiple oil leaks on a 2009 Jetta. Niles was honest with his assessment of what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done. Completed the work in reasonable amount of time and changed his recommendations based on what he found as he worked through the car including recommending we didn’t do some services because they weren’t needed based on closer inspection.

Great shop, They diagnosed the coolant leak issue and were upfront about everything and didn't hide anything from me. Staff is friendly and outgoing. I just found my long term BMW mechanic!
