With highly technical, sensitive, and high performing machines, the work and language around them is not only difficult to understand, but difficult to build trust with. Niles, Emily, Abby, Andrei, and team all went above and beyond in performing, translating, recording, and reporting all the service done on our 2013 X3 Xdrive35i. Even with some difficult work, and a bit of a journey with discovering root cause, they've gained our trust with their integrity, their accountability, and their commitment to building and maintaining trust with us. There are just a handful of shops that work on BMWs in the greater Portland Area, and I would recommend anyone to go here for some of the best and attentive service across any industry.

Best team to work on BMW’s in the PNW I believe. Left my car with them in terrible shape and condition. After my car spent a little under a month with Portland Motor Works I received it back and it was like driving a car off the dealerships lot. Excellent service team with the best communication skills. Hands down, I’ll be seeing them with any problems I just can’t tackle myself.

I had all 4 brakes replaced on my Audi S6 and not only did they complete this in 1 afternoon, but the pricing was also extremely fair. Niles and the team were very polite, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I will keep using them to service my Audi's!

I had my glovebox stuck closed for days, called for some help and they got me in within an hour of my call. Abby, Emily and their tech (whose name I never got lol) were all incredibly helpful and were able to solve my problem super quickly! Also shout out to their shop cat.
