I’ve had my BMW for several years and I’ve never had a shop actually work the problem and FIX the problem. This family owned company is kind, honest, fair and extremely knowledgeable in everything involving German cars. I will never use another shop- they’re unbelievably good at what they do.

Excellent service and detailed explanations of the issues. Worked with us on only repairing the priority items to help us stay within budget. Two thumbs up.

My husband has his Audi A7 worked on there. Niles the owner has had a shop in the valley for years and is new central oregon. But he fits right in. Good pricing and great work done!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. We took my VW TDI to another shop in redmond and they ripped us off. So great to have found Niles and we will for sure be coming back!

Niles tracked down a fuel issue which was causing the car to go into limp mode. He isolated the problem and got me back on the road in short order.
