They will explain everything in detail and even provide an online portal where you can approve or decline services as well as see how your repairs are progressing. Everyone who owns a BMW knows maintenance can be expensive, just goes with the territory. But Portland Motor Works works hard to ease the anxiety and throughly explain any and all issues. I broke down in Vancouver Washington just visiting family from Idaho Falls over memorial day weekend. I called about 6 different places to help me so I could get back home and no one would even consider fixing my car for weeks. Except for this shop. They were so fast and professional and assisted with not only the current problem that left me stranded but also fixed all the problems that I was dealing with for a year and wasting money at my old BMW mechanic who would not correctly fix my oil leaking problems which was causing more damage. I cannot express my gratitude for these guys. It was such a great experience I would drive my car back to Portland to have them do any future work on my car. Bravo! Portland Motor Works 👏👏😁
