I've been coming to PMW for several years and I've found Niles, the owner, to be one of the most knowledgeable folks for all things BMW I've ever known. I've owned my 530i for 20 years and since I was recommended PNW by a friend they have given me the most straightforward, honest service for things as small as advice on how to unlock my trunk when the battery has died to significant repairs when needed. By the book jobs are done right with original parts and owner and staff are all certified BMW specialist. They will work with you on a plan for affordability. I was surprised on how they document everything with pictures and full digital reports on services and your car that you can view online. You get the full service the office ladies will even communicate with you through messages via text. All my cars have progressively gotten better and more reliable. I have only been going to them for a year or less but im very pleased with what they do and the level they do it on.
