As always, so happy with this great team. Niles is so knowledgeable along with his staff. Great people, honest and professional. Never take your BMW to anyone else. Everyone who owns a BMW knows maintenance can be expensive, just goes with the territory. But Portland Motor Works works hard to ease the anxiety and throughly explain any and all issues. I feel a lot better knowing they are there!

I broke down in Vancouver Washington just visiting family from Idaho Falls over memorial day weekend. I called about 6 different places to help me so I could get back home and no one would even consider fixing my car for weeks. Except for this shop. They were so fast and professional and assisted with not only the current problem that left me stranded but also fixed all the problems that I was dealing with for a year and wasting money at my old BMW mechanic who would not correctly fix my oil leaking problems which was causing more damage. I cannot express my gratitude for these guys. It was such a great experience I would drive my car back to Portland to have them do any future work on my car. Bravo! Portland Motor Works 👏👏😁

They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about every aspect of my X5 and explained the problem, consequences of not repairing and detailed description of required repair.
