Niles and the crew have been working on my old x5 for years they are by far the best in the business, I was ready to scrap it a while back and Niles talked me out of it and said the old girl has more life in her so we fixed the problems and got her back on the road . Everyone there from Mandy at the front desk the technician’s are the best I have found in the business, they are the only ones that I trust to work on this car, thanks again for the great job!!

I am so happy I found Portland Motor Works to service my BMW! The people here provide excellent customer service and know their stuff! They are professional and friendly and I highly recommend them! They put a transmission in my car and now my car runs perfectly! I look forward to coming here for all my vehicle needs because of the excellent treatment and great prices! I am so happy I found Portland Motor Works! Very friendly and professional customer service! This is a great alternative to a BMW dealership for repairs! They replaced my transmission and my car runs so good again! Also, it was done in a reasonable amount of time! They do everything the BMW dealership does but they’re so much better priced! 5/23/22 Update: Different Audi, same high level of satisfaction as when I started using this shop a few years ago! They got my car turned around very quickly, and provided a much-appreciated loaner to use while they did the work. I can't say enough great things about Niles and his team. First time customer, I was really impressed with how thorough, professional, and friendly the entire staff was. Niles and Mandy provided in-depth and transparent explanations for all work they recommended, and they made sure I had the right expectations during every stage in the process. They even sent "before" and "after" pictures of the work, which was a great added bonus. I have found the shop I want to be handling my Audi from now on.
