Portland Audi, BMW and Volkswagen Repair

I broke down in Vancouver Washington just visiting family from Idaho Falls over memorial day weekend. I called about 6 different places to help me so I could get back home and no one would even consider fixing my car for weeks. Except for this shop. They were so fast and professional and assisted with not only the current problem that left me stranded but also fixed all the problems that I was dealing with for a year and wasting money at my old BMW mechanic who would not correctly fix my oil leaking problems which was causing more damage. I cannot express my gratitude for these guys. It was such a great experience I would drive my car back to Portland to have them do any future work on my car. Bravo! Portland Motor Works 👏👏😁

They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about every aspect of my X5 and explained the problem, consequences of not repairing and detailed description of required repair. All the employees I talked to were very easy to talk to and professional. I will recommend this shop to anyone that owns a German vehicle and needs help.

I've been coming to PMW for several years and I've found Niles, the owner, to be one of the most knowledgeable folks for all things BMW I've ever known. I've owned my 530i for 20 years and since I was recommended PNW by a friend they have given me the most straightforward, honest service for things as small as advice on how to unlock my trunk when the battery has died to significant repairs when needed. Excellent service and friendly staff. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them for my BMW. PMW has been my go to service provider for my BMW for ten years. They do great work and give me very clear descriptions of problems and suggested repairs.

First time using PMW for mechanical work on my 2001 Z3 Coupe, after deciding I'd get better service and quality at PMW than provided at the dealership. So happy I made the change. Portland Motor Works performed a PPI on a BMW I was interested in purchasing. They went through the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and alerted me to several issues that ultimately steered me away from the purchase. I appreciate their expertise and would highly recommend their PPI service.
