Excellent service. I started experiencing multiple warning messages from ABS to transmission to steering issues. Expected that there was an electrical charging issue and I was not looking forward to the cost of replacing alternator. Brought my car to Portland Motor Works for first time. They discovered that the problem was just a loose battery cable. Tightened it down and the problem was eliminated. I will definitely use them for future service/maintenance.

I trust PMW with every BMW I have owned - They are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. I feel like I leave each time having gotten service from a closely trusted friend that will treat me right and fairly. Highly recommend the PMW team for anything service related to your BMW!

Niles and the crew have been working on my old x5 for years they are by far the best in the business, I was ready to scrap it a while back and Niles talked me out of it and said the old girl has more life in her so we fixed the problems and got her back on the road . I am so happy I found Portland Motor Works! Very friendly and professional customer service! This is a great alternative to a BMW dealership for repairs! They replaced my transmission and my car runs so good again! Also, it was done in a reasonable amount of time! They do everything the BMW dealership does but they’re so much better priced!
