Just purchased this x5 preowned & I called Emily @ PMW to schedule an oil change & look over. They got me in right away & were extremely helpful. Niles took the time to point out a few things that I may need to address soon but also didn’t push me into doing the repairs that weren’t necessary. I felt very comfortable there and happy I found a great trustworthy mechanic shop near by. Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone with a BMW.

They are fantastic, I highly recommend them if you have any issues with your Beamer. My poor little X1 was in limp mode and needed an oil change. They resolved all her problems and now she’s quicker than ever and oh so smooth.

I took my newly acquired 3-series to Niles and his crew, and they did a very detailed full inspection & report for just over $200. Since then, I have been going over the car myself in my garage and working on every issue they pointed out. Amazingly, every issue they highlighted has turned out to be 100% spot-on. This is one of the most thorough and accurate auto mechanics I've seen to date. Definitely will work with them again. Can't say enough good about them, very excellent people who genuinely care about their customers. Thanks PMW!

I have been bringing my cars there for years and they just started working on my new car a few months ago and they just did my brakes I love this place Nile’s is awesome he saved me thousands of dollars years ago they will b the only ones that work on my car

This is the best place ever! I was literally treated like a queen. The staff and service was immeasurable. My car runs like a dream and at a very reasonable rate. Took my 2012 X5 there to fix the stripped drain plug (thanks Valvoline!). The ladies at the front desk are extremely nice and professional. They were completely upfront about all of the costs and let me decide what I wanted to proceed with before they started servicing my car. There were a few things I decided not to go forward with this time so they sent me home with a break down of the cost to fix those things in the future when I was ready. I never felt any pressure and everyone was well informed on the services I was receiving and relaying those to me. I got called into work while they had my car and they were happy to let me park it there overnight until I could get back to it the next day. They sent text alerts as well as offer an online option for payment. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this business in the future!

Extremely friendly customer service and honest mechanic work! As a female I have always encountered shops trying to overcharge but Portland Motor Works made me feel sure that what they do is honest work. Mandy and Emily are the sweetest humans ever! They made me feel super comfortable about services and prices. Highly recommend & will continue to be taking my car to PMW!
