These guys (and gals) are absolutely AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond for me and took the time to explain everything to me! Due to the weather I can't get in Portland to pick up my X5 and they are do understandable and kind!!! I will definitely continue to use these guys so long as I drive a BMW!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I can’t even explain how happy I am that I took my BMW here. I have a very inflexible job and they were able to let me pick up my car after hours which was a huge stress killer for me. 5 years ago I said screw it and bought a BMW. It had been dream to own one and I always told myself this would be a one time thing. But working with this shop has made me reconsider. My next car will almost certainly be a BMW so that I can continue to have my service done here. Above and beyond, very friendly and the level of flexibility they provide is something you cannot find at a dealership.
