Once again, Portland Motor Works did an amazing job fixing my beamer! Thanks you guys! They got me right in, got my car running great again, and got my car back to me so fast! They cleaned my car looking beautifully they are also nice there and even Niles sent me a message after I'd already got my car back to make sure it was running great for me and make sure that I didn't need anything else that's customer service grade A plus plus!!!!!! This auto mechanic shop seems to never disappoint me when I need service done on my vehicle. Not only are the mechanics doing their best to fix/repair the problem but the CONSTANT friendly customer service I receive from 2 wonderful ladies (Mandy & Emily) are unbelievable. They constantly keep you up to date about your vehicle which is an A+ to me. If you own a BMW and need service or repairs done, this is the place to go get it done right and fast. They were incredibly helpful and responsive when my car got crunched while parked. They got the inspection done really quick, but the insurance was exceedingly difficult. The car sat with them for over two weeks but they were super accommodating and responsive. Would go there again but my car was considered a total loss, so best I can do is leave a good review!

2 1/2 years ago I bought a 2008 Audi And had to find a mechanic for it after it didn’t start so I had it towed there they did an excellent job on finding the problem and fixing it and I will be recommending your place to my friends

This is by far the best car repair experience I've ever had. Miles and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and clearly do a lot of research to understand common issues with Audis and BMWs along with the most effective and proven approaches to resolving them. They take the time to clearly explaining their findings and laying out all the options. I wish I had started taking my car here years ago.

Today an oil change and brake flush for our 2016, 528i xDrive with 70k miles. Always a good experience with the knowledgeable people at PMW! I had a great discussion with Mandy today about the importance of scheduled maintenance and what they see when vehicle owners try to cut corners missing required maintenance. I highly recommend PMW to anyone looking for quality service!

First rate service. Efficient, friendly and fairly priced. I had small cosmetic problem with my X5. Dropped in without an appointment. They were able to solve my issue quickly. I highly recommend PMW. A++++++
