I've always enjoyed all my interactions with Portland Motor Works, I've been going there for years and they even helped me find my perfect car after my last one gave out. I wanted to continue having cars that they could service, I don't want to go anywhere else - because they are so awesome - kind and fun, understanding, plus they're efficient and do excellent work.

In writing this referral to Niles at Portland Motor Works, I would like to start out by saying how refreshing it was to talk to someone that gives it to you straight and was totally honest and completely thorough. From the moment that we took our BMW into Niles’ shop we were treated with respect from Niles, the owner right away. Not only did he take the time to go completely through our car but also detailed everything that wasn’t done right and what it would take to fix it, It was obvious he knew what he was talking about. Then he took the time to explain it to us in terms that we could understand. I think one of the things that stood out most was Niles was ready to go to court on our behalf to illustrate what the previous mechanics had done wrong and all the charges that were piled on that were not necessary. He was willing to do this even if he wasn’t going to be fixing the car because he saw the atrocity they had left us with. Niles will be fixing our car because as far as my wife and I are concerned and many other people that we have talked to, Portland Motor Works and Niles know what it takes to fix a BMW, have the right equipment to do so and qualified mechanics to do the work. His honesty and upfront approach let us know that we had come to the right place. I would recommend Niles and his shop to anyone in my family or network of friends and coworkers.

First rate service. Efficient, friendly and fairly priced. I highly recommend them. Caught a potential problem using diagnostics. I appreciate their attention to detail.
