Niles has taken time to explain everything to us in detail, so we really feel confident in his diagnosis and quality of work! I took my BMW 135i into PMW and right from the jump they were very professional and eager to help me diagnose a vibration coming from the transmission. Niles, the shop owner was able to diagnose and break down for me exactly what needed to be done to get her back to her original glory.
