I called PMW inquiring about a pre-purchase inspection on a BMW X5 I was looking at buying. Niles spent a good 15-20 minutes on the phone with me, not only explaining there PPI process, but also talking to me about the details of the specific car I was looking at. He encouraged me to do some research on that particular engine. After talking with him, I think we'll still be looking for an X-5, but probably leaning toward the 6 cylinder model instead of the V8. I am out of state, so I'm unlikely to every be able to send them any business. But for the free time and great advice Niles gave me, a positive review is the least I can do.
