First time that I have been there but they have treated me like we have been using them for years. Niles has communicated above and beyond. They have a new customer for life. He will not compromise with cheeper after market parts. You have to remeber you get what you pay for.

I literally cannot say enough with how pleased i have always been (going on about 3 years of coming here) with the customer service, the quality of repairs, the knowledge and information i'm given when I've had service performed. The techs are thorough, efficient & quick all at the same time. The customer service from the front office is amazing, and on top of it all, this is a wonderful family owned/run business. Great service. Good turn-around time, fair pricing and very knowledgeable about our fine German automobiles. Highly recommended!!

Niles (owner) was very professional and courteous. He is like encyclopedia when it comes to BMW cars. He toke the time to listen to what I had to say in regards to my car problems. He was very detailed in explaining what he would do to fix it. I am 100% satisfied with all the repairs done to my car and will definitely come back. I can tell Niles has pride for what he does.
