Niles (owner) was very professional and courteous. He is like encyclopedia when it comes to BMW cars. He toke the time to listen to what I had to say in regards to my car problems. He was very detailed in explaining what he would do to fix it. I am 100% satisfied with all the repairs done to my car and will definitely come back. I can tell Niles has pride for what he does. We brought in our X5 for an oil change. They were ready for our appointment and had it done quickly. I was offered a complimentary bottle of water and the person at the desk was friendly. If you have a BMW this is the place to go.
