Maddie was great, I really appreciated her for getting me in right away and repaired my problem within the hour, thanks to the mechanics as well , considering I just dropped in with no appointment, Thanks guys

Had a problem with my 4 wheel drive not working in my BMW X3 and the snow had already hit my place with 9inches . Had always took my car to the dealer but they were 2 weeks booked. Called and explained what was going on and Niles got me right in and explained everything in complete detail and with technical aspects as well.. The way Niles and his staff at the counter treated me was like nothing I've experienced before at a shop and honestly other shops should take many pages out of there book in the way they conduct business..
