Portland Audi, BMW and Volkswagen Repair

I recommend this shop to anybody driving a BMW. Everyone communicates so proficiently, you are treated with such a high calibur of courtesy and respect. Niles explains the ins and outs of your vehicle SO eloquently. He can go into finite detail, or put it in basic laymens terms that is impossible to misunderstand. They are FAIR in the pricing of their work, and I want to stay in BMWs to continue frequenting their shop, because they've given me the most confidence in driving, of any other mechanic ever! Do NOT get any work on your BMW without at least checking it out with Niles at portland motor works first. You will be relieved you did. They are seriously professional, impressive, and totally FAIR.

Best place in the NW for BMW repairs. I purchased a 10 year old BMW with oil and coolant leaks. PMW outlined the best way to tackle all of the issues at one time. They pulled the motor, and sent me pictures daily of the work that was being completed. Car ran beautifully after receiving it back. Had a radiator hose pop off, and PMW drove out to where I was, within the hour, and made the fix. These guys are the best in the industry!

Highly recommend. Professional, knowledge on BMW makes, years, etc, and reasonable, fast and efficient. Wish more local owner owned business were around where each customer feels more like family.

My daughter broke down in the middle of the afternoon. Portland Motor Works gladly accepted our vehicle from AAA. They had the car diagnosed early the next morning and was finished with it by early afternoon. They were on the phone with me to keep me updated. Portland motor works was kind and efficient. The cost was very fair. Thank you for easing our minds and pocket book!

I recently had an awful experience at my trusted BMW service provider. I My power steering stopped working in the middle of the road back home. I made a apt with my "trusted shop" and took my car in. Priced me at $2100 for labor for a broken bolt. Obviously I'm not car expert but that seemed pretty nuts to me. I was referred to this shop by a friend. I called to get a quote on their hourly charge. Receptionist immediately told me that was a recall and to take it in to my BMW. I did just that! Everything was free!!! Okay so ummmmmmm how id my "trusty" 50+ year in the business not know that was a recall? Very very dang hard to believe. Some shops are not trust worthy, however this shop won my business for being honest!

My AC on X5 decided to retire while visiting portland. Good thing i was able to search and read the reviews thru google. Great service and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.
