Fantastic service, reasonable price, and wonderful people! I was so happy to find PMW in Redmond. From the very first call in scheduling my service, Niles and Emily went out of their way be helpful and communicative about what my VW Sportwagen needed. Niles was so knowledgeable about VWs - everything from potential issues to possible fixes. Ended up with an oil change and a replaced fuel filter. Couldn't be happier with the overall service. Definitely will return.

PMW was a great find for me. Niles and Emily are great people that are very interested in helping you solve your problem. My 23 year old Audi was kicking my butt with an electrical problem and Niles was able to point right to the problem and then perform the programming needed to get my car running great again. Niles is extremally knowledgeable and professional. This is a resource Redmond has needed for a long time.
