Niles and the whole team at Portland Motor Works is truly wonderful. My car started smoking after I took it for an oil change and the oil place could not find anything they did to set it off. Niles immediately suspected what it was just in our phone conversation and then once I he assessed my car he found he was correct. They have been super helpful in not only fixing my car but also, talking with the oil change place manager and properly documenting everything so i can get the oil change place to pay for the damage. I will continue to take my BMW x3 to them for ALL services and anything else I need. I highly recommend them!

I don't know much about car issues or parts to be replaced but whatever my BMW has the PMW staff is great at explaining!! It is such a seamless experience to use their services! It is actually a JOY to interact with them!

I had a fantastic experience with Portland Motor Works. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I never once felt like a nuisance. They could answer every question I had, and also provided great documentation of everything they found and fixed. The prices were transparent, too, and they have a great, easy online approval system. The staff at PMW is excellent. Niles and the other mechanics are knowledgable, thorough and ready to address any question whether big or small. I wouldn’t take my BMWs to be serviced anywhere else in PDX.

Call them told time what's wrong with my sister's 2015 BMW M3 they confirmed the issues and fixed it, and they gave me a verbal guarantee witch made my life easy and they were very friendly and flexible with my schedule.
