By the book jobs are done right with original parts and owner and staff are all certified BMW specialist. They will work with you on a plan for affordability. I was surprised on how they document everything with pictures and full digital reports on services and your car that you can view online. You get the full service the office ladies will even communicate with you through messages via text. All my cars have progressively gotten better and more reliable. I have only been going to them for a year or less but im very pleased with what they do and the level they do it on.

Bought my first BMW and my uncle recommended this shop to me and decided to get an inspection. Never experienced such professionalism in a car shop before! Wonderful people and they took great care of my car and never cut corners even with something simple such as an inspection and wheel alignment. They even washed and vacuumed my car for free! If you live in the Portland area I see no reason to go somewhere else for repairs.

The factory included service finally ran out so I was in search of a BMW mechanic near Happy Valley. Found PMW had very good reviews and when we finally needed them for a simple oil change I took it here. It was very simple to make an appointment online and the staff was great when we got there. As other reviewers noted they were very transparent with the included vehicle inspection. They noted some grease coming out of a u-joint but told me that it has some time before it's ready to replace. Knowing just enough about vehicles to ask some questions I got the answers I was looking for. Not a big place but they're big on customer service. Thanks crew at PMW! Side note, since your so close, try the little Italian bakery across the street. Sooo good!
