I don’t know where to start. Got my 2017 BMW 540 I fixed on here a few times in the past few years. The team is exceptional here ! Niles, Abby , and the team at PMW made me feel like family like literally I think I’m coming to their next thanksgiving!! From the loaner car to the recommended service , to the consideration they provide, and prices just amazing ! I love it here !!!! Like their attention to detail is next level. They were even nice to my one year old daughter as she was there with me messing with the four legged friends .Family business atmosphere for sure . Highly recommend you don’t meet honest folks in the car business like this !

Niles and his team were great to work with. They offer stellar service and honest pricing. They went above and beyond to work on a heating problem with my Audi. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to take over maintenance issues on your vehicle.

Had a small cooling fluid leak. Niles diagnosed, then, through his dilegent research, found that the thermostat was previosly repaired and still had a warenty on it by another shop. Trustworthy honest customer service, Merry Christmas.
