Was disappointed that my car engine was in such bad shape due to known BMW timing chain issue with my model year (2015 X3), but am deeply grateful to the service team keeping me well informed of pros and cons and their sincere honesty. I trust them. They also spent a lot of time with me discussing my concerns and I never felt rushed. Would recommended them to anyone!

My first visit. I thought I needed brakes, but they told me not yet! Very welcoming and friendly and described things so I could understand. Whaaat? They even vacuumed my car. I’m glad I was referred there. I’ll be back
