I had both engine mounts replaced on my Audi Q5. The service was done quickly and the staff was very knowledgeable and respectful. Great experience and recommended for future services.

The folks at PMW Redmond are the real deal. When my 2014 Jetta started acting up, I knew I had to do my research to find the best mechanic in town and I sincerely believe that I did. Throughout the whole process, I was met with genuine care and, above all else, transparency. At no point did I feel like Niles or anyone on his fantastic team were trying to pull a fast one on me. I was confident in their suggestions 100% of the time. After my issue was diagnosed, a few minor repairs were made and my car ran infinitely better than it had been up until that point. Unfortunately I encountered an entirely separate issue some time after. I immediately took my car back to Niles and his team, and with heavy hearts they informed me that the necessary repairs that my dear Jetta needed were much too expensive to justify. The juice was simply not worth the squeeze. Thus, with a heavy heart all my own, I traded in my Jetta for a new Honda. My only regret is that when the time comes, I won’t be able to take my Honda to PMW for service. Such is life. But if you’re the proud owner of a fine European vehicle, as I once was, look no further for all your service and repair needs. You seriously won’t find a better group of people anywhere in town.

As a new owner of a Mini Cooper, I wasn't exactly sure where to go and what prices were reasonable. I had reached out to several other German Motor technicians in the area and they all kept giving me crazy numbers! When I reached out to PMW, I was met with amazing customer service and a welcome to the family. Emily up front feels like your older sister, and Niles the master mechanic feels like your father! Not only did they give me quotes that were $200 cheaper than the other guys, but they invited me inside the garage to be a part of the process and learn more about my car! I recently had some car scares on a road trip and left a voicemail with PMW. I was immediately called back AND he helped me resolve my concern right then and there. My car was back to perfect condition! I wouldn't go anywhere else than PMW of Redmond for your german motor needs :)

Niles and Emily make you feel right at home! They are willing to work with you to find any problems your car may be having, while being transparent throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

This place is great! I had an undiagnosed timing chain issue that I couldn’t figure out and they were able to quickly pinpoint the problem to fix it. The customer service was wonderful and it felt like they truly cared. Will definitely be coming back again.

When our Mini Cooper convertible top decided to call it quits, I was very excited to see a repair shop opening in Redmond specializing in Mini Cooper repairs. My initial meeting with Niles at PMW gave me a sense of confidence and he did not disappoint. Parts were ordered quickly and the job done faster than I expected. Additionally, customer care and communication with both Niles and Emily in the front office was exceptional. Fast, friendly, and competent, I wouldn't hesitate to call on PMW for service or repairs.

Hate to write this because I heard so much good things about the Portland shop. But this must be said to save everyone's time. They are purists and won't touch your car if you have any aftermarket parts. I for one don't know of anyone driving a stock car. Central Oregon is known for people customizing their cars. I don't know personally if anyone who is a purist in central Oregon. I guess if your car is stock ignore my review your fine. Guy was really nice and transparent but it's ridiculous and something I never heard before. For the record my issue started prior to installing any aftermarket parts. I was unable to diagnose the issue myself and had 2 shops look at it and not solve the issue and wanted more money to further diagnose the issue. There thousands of people with LED xenon conversions on their BMW without any issues. I guess I'll just have to slowly replace parts until it's fixed.
