Fantastic family run shop, Extremely friendly people. Niles the shop owner, was honest and upfront about everything regarding the repairs. If you have a german car, but especially a BMW, I cannot stress how great this shop is.

Niles and his crew have provided me with excellent service over the past few years. The staff at the front desk are some of the kindest folks you’ll ever chat with, and I never feel rushed into a decision when it comes to repair. Although they may not be the cheapest option in town, when it comes to fixing my BMW, I’ve never been one to compromise quality service over saving a few bucks. You can count on professional work with integrity and clear communication when it comes to Portland Motor Works Inc. I don’t hope to see you all soon (LOL), but I know when I do I’m in good hands.

I had an oil leak in my 2018 Tiguan and was able to get the issue diagnosed and resolved in no time. Niles and Emily are both great to work with, very knowledgeable, and provide incredible customer support. I would highly recommend this garage for servicing your German vehicle!

They do such a good job, actually went to a junk yard to pull a discontinued part for me to fix my car. Got to use the loaner car while mine was being worked on, and they were done really fast after the other parts came in.
