Portland Audi, BMW and Volkswagen Repair

Every experience I’ve had here has been fantastic! They are so thorough and give me all of the information I need to make good decisions.

I am pleased to report that my experience with Portland Motor Works was excellent. Prior to taking my BMW M6 to this shop, I read many of their reviews. I found all of them rated at 5 stars. This concerned me greatly. I found it hard to believe that every customer found their service and workmenship worthy of a 5 star rating. I cannot speak to those reviews that I read but I can give you mine. I was introduced to this shop by the owner of Lents Auto Body Shop next door who had twice done some excellent body repair for me on another vehicle of mine. I was first introduced to Emily and Abby working the front desk. They were a delight to converse with. They gathered all the information they needed to identify and repair my M6. They gave me schedule information and towing options to get the vehicle in and repaired. They answered all but two questions that I had and immediatetly went out to the mechanic to get the answer to the remaining two. I new at thst point I would be using their services. The car was brought in for a diagnostic scan and I had received a call from Emily that afternoon explaining, in detail, everything that was wrong with the vehicle. She also told me exactly how much each repair item would cost to rectify the ailments of my car. She sent me an email explaining everything, which was very helpful for me to select which repairs needed done immetiately and which repairs could be postponed. Ovenight I selected the seevices I wanted performed, contacted her with that list the next morning and the vehicle was ready for pick-up that afternoon. BMW's are expensive to repair and everyone that has one knows this. I command value for the money I spend. I will absolutly use Portland Motor Works again if the need arises and I will not look around first. This is by far the best customer service I've ever experienced with my BMW X5. Everyone here is super friendly, very courteous, and they take customer service to another level. I was very pleased with the outcome of the fixes done to my vehicle, and I never felt pressured to pay for anything I didn't need at the moment. I plan on taking my car here for all future maintenance and anything related to fixes, I highly recommend everyone do the same if you are BMW owner and not go to the BMW dealership in Portland or the surrounding areas. this is by far a much better experience and I wish I knew about PNW years ago when I first purchased my BMW X5 thank you Emily, PNW, and the entire staff!!

My experience with Portland motor works has been absolutely the best. They are extremely knowledgeable very honest and fun to deal with They took care of all my needs in a very professional manor and went over and above on several items I would reccommend them to anyone who needs service on their Audi or BMW

When they found out that they weren't able to do the repairs I wanted, they actually gave me my car back free of charge! Every other mechanic shop I've ever been to would have charged me $300+ just for looking at it, and held my keys hostage until I paid up, but instead these guys chose to be decent folks! Their technicians don't always communicate effectively with their receptionist, but their receptionist is the most polite & pleasant that I have ever met in any business! I hope they find better vendors, and I hope these guys stay in business!
