This was simply the best experience I’ve ever had at a shop. I have had cars for over 40 years and most of them needed to go in a shop for something. Not only was I treated exceptionally well from the first minute I walked in but it lasted all the way to the very end. I went in with what I thought was a gas leak and turned out to be a much more easy fix - they didn’t try to overcharge or tell me that I needed some expensive part-they just fixed it. Not only did they fix the “gas leak”that I came in with but they fixed numerous little issues and didn’t charge anything extra. This is a very special business, and I won’t be going anywhere else!

Best ever. 80 year old ex mechanic. Complete brake job on 2014 Audi Q5 TDI. Did exactly what they promised, on time, unlike the local Audi dealership, for $800 less than dealership quote. Now that my warranty has expired I can finally take my Audi to a shop that has experienced, well trained mechanics and a super friendly front office. Will do all future Audi service at PMW.

Great shop. A bit pricy, but they provide a great service, take great care of your vehicle, and clean it when they’re done. Best of all? No upsells. I can trust that the work being done is actually what needs to be done and I can be on my way when it is! Don’t change folks, you’ve got a phenomenal customer experience.
