Niles was great at PMW!! I had a 'Motorsport' level pre-purchase inspection (PPI) done a vehicle I wanted to purchase (M5), and Niles and his team found a few bigger issues with the vehicle that the current owner was not aware of. This helped me make a decision on moving forward with the perspective vehicle purchase or not. Even though I had agreed to the more in-depth, and expensive, 'Motorsport' PPI, Niles only charged me half price since the issues they found were early on in the PPI process. Niles, his team, and front desk person, Abby, were all professional and welcoming. I highly recommend PMW for your BMW needs!!

Niles literally saved me almost $8,000. The dealership wanted $8,600 to replace a leaking front diff on my bmw m550i. Niles knew exactly what was causing the leak and fixed it for me. Great customer service and great communication. PMW is now my go to for all maintenance needs for my BMW.

The folks at PMW Redmond are the real deal. When my 2014 Jetta started acting up, I knew I had to do my research to find the best mechanic in town and I sincerely believe that I did. Throughout the whole process, I was met with genuine care and, above all else, transparency. At no point did I feel like Niles or anyone on his fantastic team were trying to pull a fast one on me. I was confident in their suggestions 100% of the time. After my issue was diagnosed, a few minor repairs were made and my car ran infinitely better than it had been up until that point. Unfortunately I encountered an entirely separate issue some time after. I immediately took my car back to Niles and his team, and with heavy hearts they informed me that the necessary repairs that my dear Jetta needed were much too expensive to justify. The juice was simply not worth the squeeze. Thus, with a heavy heart all my own, I traded in my Jetta for a new Honda. My only regret is that when the time comes, I won’t be able to take my Honda to PMW for service. Such is life. But if you’re the proud owner of a fine European vehicle, as I once was, look no further for all your service and repair needs. You seriously won’t find a better group of people anywhere in town.
