The good people at PMW are friendly and knowledgeable, will explain the problems with your vehicle, fix them, and when you leave you almost look forward to having another problem with your car just so you can be taken care of by then again. Niles and the whole team at Portland Motor Works is truly wonderful. My car started smoking after I took it for an oil change and the oil place could not find anything they did to set it off. Niles immediately suspected what it was just in our phone conversation and then once I he assessed my car he found he was correct. They have been super helpful in not only fixing my car but also, talking with the oil change place manager and properly documenting everything so i can get the oil change place to pay for the damage. I will continue to take my BMW x3 to them for ALL services and anything else I need. I highly recommend them!
