Great service again from start to finish

5 stars and well beyond I have been going to this family owned business for several years and I cannot express the gratitude I have for them. They do such a exceptional job with honesty, professionalism, and very kind/caring. I highly recommend this auto shop if you need to get your car fixed and don't want to be overcharged!

Great people, great service. The only place I take my BMW.

Everyone was very nice. They greeted me with a smile. They listened to what I had to say and asked questions. They explained everything to me and how much it would be. I would recommend them to anyone that has a BMW. I was there for work and I only had a couple of days left and they got me in and got me out at a timely manner and the experience was just awesome. It was great.

Renews my faith that quality customer service still exists in our great city! As a new BMW owner I knew I needed to find someone I could trust. The folks at PMW treated me and my vehicle with the utmost respect and transparency. Taking care of the items I asked for and letting me know what was needed going forward.

I cannot say enough about this company. They were amazing with me. I came from out of town. I had two days left in town. They got my car in had it done in a timely matter. They went over everything with me and priced everything for me. It was a great experience for me.

Both Emily and Abby were really nice in greeting me and making sure everything was taken care of paperwork wise. Niles was super nice and was making sure I understood what was wrong with my car. I would highly recommend coming here if you have a BMW thats having issues

Amazing experience all around - The most low pressure, honest experience I've had at an auto mechanic. Every issue discovered was clearly explained, pictures provide and options given to accept or decline each repair via an online site. Prices are never 'cheap' for most European car repairs however the quotes we received seem very fair and less than we were fearing. Niles explained each issue, showed us the damaged parts and was transparent with what was needed now verse what we should plan to fix in the future/near future. They're also super flexible with after hours drop off/pick ups - We plan on bringing our car here for any other issues we have and can't recommend them enough.
