This shop is run and managed by Niles. He is an amazing guy, and really knows about BMW and Benz. We have had our car for repairs and regular services, and their prices is really fair, but most importantly, they know what they are doing. You can rest assure that you will be treated well and fair, and your car will have a bumper to bumper inspection and treatment. Highest recommendation.

The owner and mechanic were both amazing and Knowledgeable. and offered the very best i could expect in customer service. It was more than customer service really. They were very friendly and explained every detail and never rushed me although i could see they were busy. As an older woman i recommend them to other women who may sometimes feel less respected by auto shops. Best Merc service ever

I was worried about my car not getting good gas mileage and took it in to the shop. Niles helped me out gave me an oil change and put all my worries to rest! My car is running great now and i couldn't have been happier with the service and there crew!!! Big thanks to niles !!!

this shop is one of the best in my book. we need more of this shops in portland its hard to find someone that knows what they are doing specially with european cars. plus its cheaper than any other shops out their. the other shops i been 2 they just want to take your money.
