They do such a good job, actually went to a junk yard to pull a discontinued part for me to fix my car. Got to use the loaner car while mine was being worked on, and they were done really fast after the other parts came in.

Niles was great at PMW!! I had a 'Motorsport' level pre-purchase inspection (PPI) done a vehicle I wanted to purchase (M5), and Niles and his team found a few bigger issues with the vehicle that the current owner was not aware of. This helped me make a decision on moving forward with the perspective vehicle purchase or not. Even though I had agreed to the more in-depth, and expensive, 'Motorsport' PPI, Niles only charged me half price since the issues they found were early on in the PPI process. Niles, his team, and front desk person, Abby, were all professional and welcoming. I highly recommend PMW for your BMW needs!!
