Niles was great at PMW!! I had a 'Motorsport' level pre-purchase inspection (PPI) done a vehicle I wanted to purchase (M5), and Niles and his team found a few bigger issues with the vehicle that the current owner was not aware of. This helped me make a decision on moving forward with the perspective vehicle purchase or not. Even though I had agreed to the more in-depth, and expensive, 'Motorsport' PPI, Niles only charged me half price since the issues they found were early on in the PPI process. Niles, his team, and front desk person, Abby, were all professional and welcoming. I highly recommend PMW for your BMW needs!!

The family-owend business atmosphere is really good for me. It was super easy to use a loaner car. The team did an excellent job of vacuuming the sand from birding at the beach out of my X3.

I have taken my car to Portland Motor Works twice, and both times have been the best auto service experiences of my life. Every touch point is incredible: The warm and friendly intake process, the constant communication throughout, the visual photo "proof" of the issues they're tackling, the way in which they simplify and thoroughly explain the issues, the online work approval process, accommodating after-hours pickup when needed, the post-work follow up. Everything is absolutely top-notch, honest and fair at this place and I'll never take my BMW to another shop.
