I cannot say enough good things about PMW. I recently took my car in for some long running issues it had, unfortunately the damage far outweighed the worth of the vehicle. Every step of the way PMW was there, the front desk staff are so kind and helpful. Niles called me personally to go over the estimate and issues in detail and made sure I was fully aware of cost breakdown and my options. I cannot say enough good things about this shop, they really go above and beyond. A masterclass is integrity, transparency, and honesty! I’ll be taking my new car here for as long as I can.

Great people, great service. The only place I take my BMW.

Everyone was very nice. They greeted me with a smile. They listened to what I had to say and asked questions. They explained everything to me and how much it would be. I would recommend them to anyone that has a BMW. I was there for work and I only had a couple of days left and they got me in and got me out at a timely manner and the experience was just awesome. It was great.
